Is there a shop where I can see all the jewellery?

You can visit us from Monday to Friday, between 12:00 to 17:00 at our Store which is located in Tsimiski 33 Str., Center of Thessaloniki, 5th floor. You can call us for appointment at 2313-075084.

What are the options for payments methods?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and Credit Card through the secure system of Piraeus Bank. All payments from Greece can be sent with ACS Courier and be paid on delivery. You can also visit the company’s Showroom and pay with cash, Tsimiski 33 Str., 5th floor, Thessaloniki.

I want to make an online order, when will it be delivered to me?

Our orders are send via Dhl Courier in Europe & via Acs Courier in Greece. The time of delivery is about 48 hours since the day that you completed your order. For the areas of Greece that are considered inaccessible the delivery takes about 72 hours. You can’t have your order delivered on the same day unless you come to pick it up from G&P Jewellery Showroom, Tsimiski 33, Thessaloniki.

How to use your Discount Coupon Code

After adding all the products you want in your shopping cart, write the discount code in the specific field. Alternatively you can write the code in the blue field at the top of the checkout page. The discount code can be used for all the jewellery in the eshop, except the ones that already have a discount.

What is the material of your Jewellery?

All of our designs are 100% Handmade from brass and Silver 925. All jewellery come with a certificate of authenticity and a guarantee on color resistance in both metals. Every jewellery has its own jewellery box. The material of the jewellery is mentioned on the section Product Information of every jewellery you see on our website.

What about orders from abroad?

We send via DHL Courier all around the world. The shipping cost is always calculated before you complete your order. For Europe the delivery time is estimated between 1-2 working days. A tracking number is always sent to you in order to track your order at any time.

What is the packaging of the jewellery?

We use modern jewellery boxes, designed specifically for jewellery shipments. There is also an option for an extra packaging gift.

Can I Track my order?

The day that your package will be shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number. You can use that code and watch the route of your order. If you make an order via phone or through our Page on Facebook you can call us and we will inform you about your trackjing number.

Can I return or change a jewellery ?

In case you want to change a jewellery that you have ordered through our website, www.gpjewellery.com, you have to contact us and inform us about the change you want to make. The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the products to be returned has been damaged or it isn’t in the delivered condition.
To return the items, we recommend that you pack them and send them to the company as securely as possible. Once we receive your returned items, we are sending you the new package.
Changes may be accepted if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
– Less than 5 calendar days have elapsed from the time of receipt until the return date, as well as the return to us. The above must be evidenced by proof of dispatch (dispatch number or copy of the receipt).
– You can change a product with another as long as they have same or bigger value.
– You cant return a product in a discount period or in any other sale discount.
– All transport costs associated with the return are paid by the consumer.
